Philip Ferrere
Interim CIO
With over fifteen years' experience as a CIO, I turned to interim management in 2014. I led a dozen high value-added missions (CIO, COO, CEO) at the heart of major organizational transformations.
I work with SMEs and ETIs, often subsidiaries of major groups, faced with crisis situations, LBOs, mergers & acquisitions, organic or external growth, or carve-outs. These situations frequently involve far-reaching IT reorganizations in sometimes highly regulated sectors.
With a Master's degree in Information Systems Strategy from IAE and an Executive MBA from EM Lyon, I support Executive Committees in defining, implementing and reviewing their strategic IT vision. My dual experience in an internal IT department and with software publishers or solution integrators has given me a 360° approach to IS overhaul or evolution projects, always aligned with business challenges.
Among my achievements:
- Pooling of La Poste Group's logistics IT departments in the form of a Service Center
- Recommendations for the NOZ distributor's central IT system
- Resolution of a major crisis for BMI Systems (major international pharmaceutical groups)
- Managing the IT response to the Covid crisis for the Orisha Group's tourism subsidiary
- Development of four IS master plans for various industrial groups
This expertise enables me to act with agility and pragmatism, as close as possible to my customers' strategic and operational challenges.
