- Creation practice enterprise architecture, design and realization of digital transformation roadmap.
- Development of disruptive software product supporting a new B2C business model.
I've been practicing Lean-Agile for over 20 years. In the course of my career, I have improved CIO Office business and operational processes, such as business partnerships, customer engagement, budget processes, governance and the Lean-Agile operational model, leading to improved IT performance and business agility. Today, as an interim manager, I bring adaptability, operational capacity, experience and expertise to relay, transformation and operational consulting missions.
