After 10 years' experience in management consulting (PwC) and 18 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry (including 5 years as CIO of the Galderma group), I decided in 2020 to put this dual experience to good use and launch myself into interim management.

Since then, I've carried out a series of assignments for customers of all sizes (from ETIs to major international groups) and in a variety of sectors (Retail, Sporting goods, Food industry, Pharmaceuticals).  

I offer my customers my ability to get to grips with issues very quickly and to integrate quickly into new organizations and cultures, my dual strategic and operational expertise, and my experience in leading teams of over 200 people in an international context.

My areas of expertise include project management, change management and the ability to create a link between IT and business functions.
