I turn around failing IT departments requiring complex IT restructuring / turnarounds, in France and abroad. I work as an interim and part-time manager, and these assignments require authority in difficult situations.
I have carried out more than 48 M & A and Vendor Due Diligences, leading to the integration of IT systems into the new owner's systems, or partial or total decommissioning. I have participated in and invested in 3 LBOs & MBOs.
For 35 years, I have managed the Research, Development, Operations and Support teams (400 FTEs, spread over > 40 countries, €60m budget).
Multi-sector experience of major ERP projects (Workday, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) from 15 to 150 M€, outsourcing (Morocco, Vietnam, Malaysia).
Transformation of infrastructures to serverless public cloud & collaborative organization. Development of operational mobile applications giving a competitive edge to the business.
